I want to watch them compete this season but this team has sucked all season, and considering all the injuries, it's pretty ridiculous that they didn't sell Pau away. He's clearly leaving this dumpster fire this offseason

The season was salvageable.
They just went through their last long road trip and after the next few games the schedule eases up a bit and in march and April they could have gained some ground
They have 25 loses, the 3rd seed has 23 loses and toronto has 17 loses, it was not out the scope of possibility that they could have climbed back into 3rd seed, or maybe even 2nd seed if they would have made a move to add a couple of quality role players to secure the depth behind rose jimmy and pau. Jimmy comes back in a few weeks and you could have went into the playoffs 3rd seed, avoiding the cavs until the ecf and with a couple new role players who knows.
Or hell, we stay around 6th 7th seed with a couple new guys and just letting the team get healthy. I'm not afraid to start on the road vs toronto nor Boston and would have liked our chances in that bracket, and still see the cavs in the ecf with health and a couple new guys for depth.
Making nothing happen is not surprising but just another reason why gar pax needs to go. They have no vision, no creativity, huge egos, can't admit when they are wrong, no star wants to join this franchise because they can't trust those 2 dudes, so thinking we can land something big in the off season is stupid. They have to go.
