I agree with that first sentence. I still think Hoiberg can prove himself if he had a roster more suited to his style, which GarPax have failed to do.

The mistake was not firing thibs

The mistake was being arrogant idiots believing they really put together a contender when clearly they didn't then standing pat to affirm that this was all thibs fault. If they would have gotten off they incompetent asses and re tooled with some quality role players to support rose jimmy and pau we could very well still be in the running. That was the mistake.

That's something that we should REALLY be concerned with given that Jimmy just re-upped for 5 years :scustjimmy:. What you need to be concerned with is how is Riley going to keep Whiteside (no bird rights) and turn around & pay 'Heat Lifer' Wade who's going to want some of that new money next year (Not to mention that he, Bosh, & Spolestra have shytted on Whiteside publicly numerous times).

Don't try to fix someone else house when your household could be even more messed up than the one that you're currently concerning yourself with.
