Even non-us citizens are guaranteed due process rights, per the constitution and this is a case where it’s not ambiguous for non-citizens as the Supreme Court that the term “no person” includes anyone within the borders of the US. For this exact reason. Someone who was legally allowed in this country falsely being accused of being a terrorist and deported before even seeing a judge.
The point of protesting it now to stop it before it reach citizens and even then, this is a case where the person had a legal right to be here and was not granted his due process as he is entitled to.

Russia is not that bad....
Its pretty stable in Russia. Putin is not reactionary. He moves slow and has very clear and predictable policies. You can have success, start a business, and be normal in Russia. Can you protest the government? No. But that really is the only realistic problem with Russian life.
