The simple solution to this problem is that he should have stayed in his home country instead of illegally immigrating to the USA.
He came illegally as a 16 year old. An immigration judge granted him "withholding of removal" status—a rare alternative to asylum—due to the danger he faced from gang violence if returned to El Salvador. This happened in 2019 during the FIRST TRUMP ADMINISTRATION.

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION (2017-2021) DID NOT CHALLENGE THE WITHOLDING OF REMOVAL STATUS!!!

I do give a fukk, man up and go back home.

I'm from Inglewood, CA and I had to deal with the dangers of gang violence growing up. You know, what I did not do is flee to another country illegally.

I stayed and navigated through the gang violence, pulled myself up by the bootstraps, and went to college. He could have done the samething.

He also had plenty of time to go through the proper protocols to become a US citizen.

If I go out to the nightclub and I sneak inside of the nightclub without paying the entrance fee, and I meet a female inside of the club and the security guard comes up to me and said you need to leave because you did not pay and get kicked out.

I cannot say to the security guard 'Hold on don't kick me out, I just met the female and I'm in the process of paying the entrance fee.' LoL....They are going to kick me out.

He found love on a two way stree and lost it on a lonely airplane back El Salvador. Goodbye 👋🏾

some "democrats" were here upset that a democrat went there and did the right thing.

Chris is my Senator and he does his job. People try to figure him out but essentially his worldview is due to being born overseas to diplomatic parents. He learned to see non-American, nonwhite people as regular humans unlike many of his colleagues in Congress.

They can be seen as humans and still be deported. The only reason I want them to bring him back is because he did not receive due process and trump needs to follow the courts. I'm in favor of mass deportations.

You can be in favor of both. Due process and deportation.

And if you’re in favor of mass deportations you should be in favor of funding way more courts and immigration judges. You should be in favor of DoJ prosecuting corporations hiring illegals.

The heartlessness that sits at the core of a conservative.

That same latter sentence can be wholesale applied to the original invaders/settlers by the indigenous of this land, yet you'd never utter those words.

A wholly selfish, hypocritical conceit and ideology.

@the cac mamba will be informed by the middle of his handle, so the rampant hypocrisy is inherent, but you, a black man carrying that same torch is the height of the hollowed soul American spirit.
