There are a lot of players like that in all sports. Once they get to a level they don't dominate easily, the game isn't as fun anymore. But if he started in a place where he could play right away and put up numbers, he could have played and partied. I'm not calling him a superstar but he wasn't a guy like Anthony Bennett who had no business being drafted where he was.

In some ways he was the “unicorn” of the early 2000s. A tall player who could probably have flourished in a pace & space system that we see today.
