As a Brooklyn NYC raised breh, I just can't root for the Brooklyn Nets, idk why

I was a fan of the NJ Nets with Kidd, Kittles, Kenyon Martin, Richard Jefferson.... and later with Kidd, Jefferson, Vince Carter, Brook Lopez

But for some reason, I can't do it. Maybe cause they way the Nets stadium pushed out Black neighborhoods with Gentrification, it left a bad taste in my mouth
