It's shocking how many dudes avoid training legs...

Monday: Bench, Shoulder press, rows, curls
Tuesday Bench, shoulder press, rows,curls
Wednesday Bench, shoulder press, rows, curls

Etc, Etc...

And I'm not talking about dudes avoiding squats or conventional deadlifts. No leg extension, hamstring extension, RDL's, Lunges, nothing.

Are a lot of dudes under the impression that these are "women's exercises"? Or do they think lookin good in a shirt is all that's necessary?

Legs are such a vital part of your body, and squats are probably the best exercise you can do, and dudes avoid them like the plague.

Women like shapely legs, and butt too brehs :dame:

Men and women focus on their beach nuscles.

Dudes will hit squat and deads to get the big numbers but, you're right, you don't generally see men doing all the other leg exercises unless they're training for something. See brehs do lunges sometimes....talking normal gym, not some hard-core lifters paradise.

Women will do shoulders/biceps and legs but zero back (rows/pull downs) and chest exercises....barely triceps either. Basically arms/abs/booty.

Women with smaller t*ts lift pretty hard because they want the booty on point but big titty broads...rarely see them doing anything beyond stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill.

The irony is large breasted women would benefit THEEE MOST from lifting. Most of them complain about back issues from their heavy t*ts. Usually it's because they have a weak back to begin with and don't strengthen those muscles. Lil t*ts ain't gotta worry about that but big tit women need to be doing shoulder presses, rows, pull downs...all that shyt to counteract the weight they carry upfront.

I always keep quiet at the gym but I sometimes get the urge to explain to people that they’re doing an exercise wrong. I’ve never said anything though.

I wonder if this is one of the last taboos at the gym.

You don’t want to interfere with someone’s routine but you don’t want to see people get hurt, either. Or maybe not hurt, but a lot of people aren’t getting the most out of an exercise because of poor form.

Anyway just a random thought.

I agree with you on all that. When I was younger it was all about testosterone and hitting PR's. Now it's keeping everything as well rounded as possible. Everything as strong as possible. I've overheard a few younger girls talk about avoiding certain upper body exercises because they think it's going to make them look manly. "I don't want shoulders like a man", etc. When universally the women with the best overall physiques irregardless of body type have a well rounded routine.

Had a herniated disc 2 years ago breh:mjgrin:

:sadcam:You get a pass breh...That must be a bytch. Are you in pain most days?

Nope... I don't say a damn thing to anyone, unless they ask first. I don't care if I look over and see this..
