been pondering if i do enough legs or not. right now i'm only doing leg press, extensions, and calf raises. I squatted and deadliftted plenty pre covid tho

Calves are one of the first things women notice. I know we don't work out for others, but I've had multiple women comment on my legs.
This is a lie. Most people wear pants. The first thing they notice is your face, hair, then arms and upper body. Realistically, no one gives a damn about legs as we can clearly see by people skipping leg day.

Breh legs is mostly genetics. As an east African I'm built for lean muscle not bulk. You might get some leg day jokes off in the gym but I'll be running laps long after you tap out. We not all built the same. Endurance muscle vs Fast twitch muscles. If we're doing any cardio or endurance training you won't outlast me regardless of how your calf muscles look.

I always keep quiet at the gym but I sometimes get the urge to explain to people that they’re doing an exercise wrong. I’ve never said anything though.

I wonder if this is one of the last taboos at the gym.

You don’t want to interfere with someone’s routine but you don’t want to see people get hurt, either. Or maybe not hurt, but a lot of people aren’t getting the most out of an exercise because of poor form.

Anyway just a random thought.

Low Key I wouldnt mind being told Im doing an Exercise wrong,Ill run the Tutorial Vids on YT but then feel like Im doing the exercise "My Way" sometimes when its time out of Habit since im still somewhat a Novice

I’m guilty of doing the vanity muscles most lol. At times im just trying to look good in a shirt or at the beach lol

But I try to make a conscious effort with my legs now because I have chicken legs but because of my genetics I think it’s impossible for me to have decent legs no matter how hard I work on them
