been pondering if i do enough legs or not. right now i'm only doing leg press, extensions, and calf raises. I squatted and deadliftted plenty pre covid tho

This is a lie. Most people wear pants. The first thing they notice is your face, hair, then arms and upper body. Realistically, no one gives a damn about legs as we can clearly see by people skipping leg day.Calves are one of the first things women notice. I know we don't work out for others, but I've had multiple women comment on my legs.
I always keep quiet at the gym but I sometimes get the urge to explain to people that they’re doing an exercise wrong. I’ve never said anything though.
I wonder if this is one of the last taboos at the gym.
You don’t want to interfere with someone’s routine but you don’t want to see people get hurt, either. Or maybe not hurt, but a lot of people aren’t getting the most out of an exercise because of poor form.
Anyway just a random thought.

This. I don't do a whole leg day, but every workout I'm throwing in one or two exercises. Some leg press, or a squat, or stairs, lunge etc. Like how u hold the rest of your body up lol?Leg day is everyday![]()
