Is there any corporate job for black folk? And are the coli the elites when it comes to getting corporate jobs in these fields? Because many from here work in IT and engineering.

I said this in another post but those of us in positions to do hiring need to be doing like other races and start putting our people on even if they don't meet the requirements. I believe that outside of meeting quotas, most corporations are not trying to hire us. I work in IT and I can count the number of black folks in my department on my hand and we have 200 people. That said if you know your shyt and can sale yourself properly, someone will hire you.

I had 1 interview that I didnt get
Another phone interview where I was dodnt make it past the hiring manager
And a bunch of recruiters telling me to reply confirm and never following back up
I'm like goddamn these are jobs that pay around the same slightly above low wage that I make now and I've done it before
Some time ago I was literally jobless for two straight years, after requesting for a suspension in College, eventually, my mother told me to go claim for benefits(Welfare) at the job center(unemployment/employment office) I was like nah fukk that ,but shyt got bad, long story short my work coach told me that they will be doing a work experience program I decided to take part in it the program was for 2 weeks but ended up doing 3 months with no pay. Right after doing the work experience program in a week I got a admin job then I was getting offers left and right, lol it was as if I got cured AIDS or something. I probably would have got a job sooner if I decided to work at a factory, warehouse, at a fast food take out and etc, but I wanted to work in the area that studied for.
Have you applied for a self-help desk job or equivalent for the government?
Anyway champ I hope you breakthrough soon, get in the through the window if the front door is closed or kick in the back door. Stay paitence, stay consistent, know your worth, never give up, do as much research as you can on the company, and etc.
