nah the remixed versions that were made into episodes are canon
so it goes super tv show -> broly movie -> moro arc (manga only so far) -> heeters arc (also manga only so far)this movie seems to finally age up pan, trunks and goten so this is probably close to End of Z when Uub was fighting in the tournament (uub already shows up in the manga as a small kid)
damn shame they went 3d on this but it makes sense because all their resources and budget are going to the GOAT shonen One Piece

As much as we all rock with Dragonball for its influence, let’s be real—we all know Toriyama was just making that whole storyline up as he went along.
One Piece is a way better-planned series with tighter worldbuilding and the goat foreshadowing of any series. The side characters get way more shine in One Piece compared to DB/Z.
…But cats are still going to claim Dragonball as the GOAT series just because that’s the only joint they’ve seen.
Some of y’all need to diversify your bonds and watch more anime.
