Early Hot Boys Wayne was about 15-16. By 17 he had joints like Block Is Hot. This is not to shxt on TI but Lil Wayne is better anyway you look at it. Wayne has pretty recently rapped on shxt with Westside Gunn and killed it. Even if you’re not looking at legacy, he’s a better rapper.
