Focus on learning the rules of the CAC game and realize a lot of it is about perception.

When you alter people's perception of you a lot of times they will give you opportunities just based off of superficial BS.

I suggest you go back to school, get ANY STEM related degree from any accredited institution (don't care if it's a no name one) and then enroll in a coding boot camp then apply for IT/BI/Marketing jobs in the area. The BA/BS degree is just the first requirement. It isn't the focus however.

If you're really broke well your only option is to enroll in the army.

Have you tried the shipyard?

Have no jobs there that I have experience in. I wanted to do firewatching until I got on my feet. However, I didn't see anything about it on USAJobs.
