@Bricktop what a powerful thread. Time does fly and it sucks. The thing that makes it awful is the fact that so much of our time is spent at workS

When I had school holidays I was casj but since I started working it sucks because time is literally flying and we only have weekends to ourselves.

I want to work part time Ffs.

:manny: I wouldn't say "happy" necessarily. I'm content. I'm still paying for mistakes I made in my 20's, but I still have my family, a good job, and food on the table.
I do understand what that man means though, just maybe not as depressing as him. For the type of money I make, there's no reason why I shouldn't have more saved up than I do now. Wasted my 20s trying to keep up with the Joneses.

oh you workout, dats cool. Are u all cardio, or do u try to also incorporate some weightlifting in there??
Yes I do, I just have bad eating habits and I'm not consistent. My typical day at the gym would be 15 min stair climber, weight lift for 45 mins, then cardio for 45-60 mins.
But then I would go home and just eat all those calories I burned plus more:mjcry:
I just find it easier to lose weight if I just diet. When I workout, it's like I'm never not hungry.:snoop:

Just keep at it and learn to discipline yourself, funny thing is dat i can eat hellas and not gain weight lol
