I wouldn't say "happy" necessarily. I'm content. I'm still paying for mistakes I made in my 20's, but I still have my family, a good job, and food on the table. @Bricktop what a powerful thread. Time does fly and it sucks. The thing that makes it awful is the fact that so much of our time is spent at workS
When I had school holidays I was casj but since I started working it sucks because time is literally flying and we only have weekends to ourselves.

But then I would go home and just eat all those calories I burned plus more
I just find it easier to lose weight if I just diet. When I workout, it's like I'm never not hungry.![]()
