Would you do a job where you’re just expected to knock out 8hrs regardless of clock in time?

Or do you have an issue with working?

My job I basically just need to knock out 8 & I’m good

Yeah ironically, the jobs I did that didn't have a set schedule were more than 8 hours

Traveling Automation technician: Probably 9 hours
Truck Driver: 11-12 hours
Refrigeration: 10 hours
Outside Sales: 10 hours

I would do just 5 hours of scheduled time, I would feel like I'm dying inside
