Still amazed this dude has been able to reach the position he has dropping such blah music. Not a fan but decided to check this out based on those two vids that dropped, neither are on the album and they sound better than every track I skimmed thru on here.

This ain't the type of album you skim through tbf, you gotta listen to it properly as a project, I skimmed individual tracks myself and wasn't really feeling it, once I took it in for what it is I enjoyed and respect it a lot more, real solid imo.

Breh this happens all the damm time !!!

How can you be a fan of music and not realize some artist won't grab your attention right away .

It's almost like you have to give the music your undivided attention so you can take it all in .

Even then it might not catch you right away .

Perfect example is currency his music you can say is slow .

When I got pilot talk 1 I listen to it thought it was boring ass fukk.

Almost a year later I picked it up and something just clicked .

One of my favorite all time albums most def top 20 .

Some things are just slow burns breh .

Just like how that song you hated the most on an album become your favorite .

I'll use your own example...most people can't follow spitta but me since I heard my first tape I knew I liked that flow. Not every tape he put out was a banger though. I didn't have to listen to multiple tapes to say oh I get it now either. We all know Cole we know what he can do but this...this just seems off for some reason. I've been up since like 4 this morning working and have listened to this album twice...Its solid but its not for me. Will I listen again? prolly because its not bad music its just not something im sticking in the rotation.

Aight...off 1 listen the only song that stood out to me was For Your Eyez only...the rest wasn't bad, but it just didn't grab me.

I give it a 2.5 or 3 outta 5.

I liked Chidish Gambino's better
