It makes me like him less hearing his opinions about relationships. He sounds like a terrible spouse. I still like some of his music though.

BTW Did you all see is fiance on Wheel of Fortune. Her voice is so funny. I feel sorry for her sometimes. I could never do it. I think she has a plan though.

Are you retarded?

If not, you're not doing yourself any favors
Can't relate to his music, but I got a lot of respect for Cole after this. Seems like a good nikka

I question any one that can't relate to Cole

So you want gossip?

Thats exactly why TBC is whack, wannabe TMZ lite. Combat Jack is about the music/artistry.

I like to hear about everything including music/artistry personal life, opinions about things that are not related to music. I didn't listen to this whole interview. & I disagree about the breakfast club being "whack".

I'm kinda annoyed that he gave Combat this interview. I've always thought that Combat has never been the best interviewer ever. Infact, maybe that's why they gave it to him. Dude doesn't press enough for me.

Case and point this fukking Diddy situation. I actually completely forgot about that, so I salute Combat for bringing it up. But God, Cole was dancing all around that. Ebro would've almost certainly got some information out of him. I feel like I've sat through this entire two hours and not really learnt anything that I didn't know already as a Cole fan, which is also annoying. Then they go and get Combat's son who cannot even fukking ask a decent question in this mufukker.

Iono how you got one of the biggest rappers in the game on your shyt who doesn't even do press and you're asking these bum ass questions, but fukk it. Album still fire.
2 ways of looking at that...because by not pressing, we've gotten more out of that situation here than anywhere else, to date.

:dwillhuh:

anyway, i thought it was a good honest interview. not rehearsed and plastic but raw and putting it together as he goes along...which came full circle when reggie pointed out that he sounded like he was trying to figure things out and it tied in the story of the record exec finding his age to be why he acts the way he does.

i just enjoy hearing dude talk freely about his views on real shyt. whether i agree w/ that view on relationships or his marketing because those are the same thoughts on relationships either ive had or someone i know when i was 29, or i had some different opinion about my job than the model...i could go on.

I think all areas are important to cover. Personal life/Gossip included. I think if you get to know the person, you can understand and enjoy their music better. You can also tell if the person is fake. If they're saying one thing in their songs and interviews, but doing something else irl. If their public image is just an image or is it actually the real them.

I noticed that he was talking about club hoes but he's always in the clubs too. Trying to get with them sometimes. It also bothers me when people say things like "He's not like those other industry guys who are with instagram thots & blah blah blah" when he really is just like them, but more private, more educated, and speaks better. & when things do get out concerning it, he avoids doing certain media things so he won't have to talk about it. He has an image to uphold.

I still like his music though.

avoiding the media & being extremely private will not help his career or anyone else's during these times. Even Beyonce had to become a little bit more public with her private life, that's why she made her instagram and more bts documentaries ect.

disagree. clearly he's following very few of these imaginary industry rules and thriving despite it from less press to no club single to keeping his private life-private. that was the point of the whole interview about how he's broken away from this archaic view of the step-by-step to be successful and instead he's following his heart/instincts which has led him past every other rapper, last year. instead of focusing on satisfying that age old laundry list he focused on his music, then released it and it worked better than any other rapper's super-saiyan viral campaign.
