JID can rap really well but I just find it bland. Clipse and Vince washed him without all the multi syllables and flow switches. Maybe it’s his voice which makes his presence lackluster because even Ciara and Kilo Ali sounded better than him in his song.

He’s just not for me. He’s a good rapper though.
