"Me and Vin talked after he turned it down," Ja explained. "He hollered at me 'cause they still wanted me to do the film and they bumped up my role as a starring role and everything. And you know, we talked about it. I just felt it wasn't the best move for me as far as what I want to do in Hollywood right now."

just strength training.....and eat as much as possible.....that simple....even something as small as tuna or peanut butter

Like others been saying he already had a muscular frame,prison time just gave him the opportunity to eat,workout,rest,and repeat cycle. Plus the older you get,the harder it is to lose weight. So he turned the excess lbs. into muscle.
