you don't need THAT MUCH protein to bulk up....
the key word is calories.....
these dudes back in the day like Arnold schwarznegger and reg park.....you just do STRENGTH TRAINING....not this bullshyt "go easy....light and be careful darling" approach gym magazines teach dudes nowadays
just strength training.....and eat as much as possible.....that simple....even something as small as tuna or peanut butter
rest is probably the most important out of everything
