The doubters must have forgotten but Ja was a HUGE deal musically, at one point.

Like Breh was Drake before Drake was a thing, only his time on top was much shorter.

I haven't seen his books so I can't confirm but Ja in his prime getting 14 million off a tour back then isn't outlandish at all.

"Cuz I'm Real" Ja, with Jennifer Lopez on the track?
"Rain on me" Mary J Blige featuring Ja?
"Put it on me" Ja, with Vida?

Dudes might not have rocked with Duke but the money spending women did.

Heads remember the falloff of 50 coming in hot with the lasers on him but forget how he ran summers for like 4 years prior to that.
Yep, Ja was HUGE prior to 2003 with the rise of 50. It's not unbelievable that he could made 14 million from touring.

I believe he did make 14 mil. but he also spent all of it. His net worth is 4 mill now according to most websites.

For comparison, Luda gets paid 5 million per movie. But still not mistake because as others have pointed out, He can't see the furture.

Fast and furious was ass for years until 5…… he won but only temporarily. I doubt they keep him in the movies as long as Luda but who knows
yea but compare ja rule and ludacris as actors. cris can halfway act, at least. as long as the plot/character isnt too convoluted and stupid

Terrible character. Whoever decided to switch Luda from a auto mechanic to a scientist should be slapped...probably the same person that put the characters in space :mjlol:
i never got this far in the franchise, so disregard my previous message above

wow. didnt know they went there with it:damn:

There is no way anyone sees that Iron Man evolves into the MCU based of that singular movie.

People forget that he infamously believed he was bigger than War Machine, and they brought in Don Cheadle for the second one and never looked back.
Ain't no fukking way anyone saw Ironman and didn't see it being as big as it was. People were clowing dude at the time for not returning to the role cause it was stupid. :dead:

At the time, nobody knew that the franchise would turn into what it did....Just like Terrance Howard had no clue that the Avengers franchise would've become what it did.......But that dude legitimately overestimated who he was, and then turned out was batshyt crazy.
Has Luda made 14 mil from fast and furious movies? 14 mil is a lot back in 2000. Still is a lot

I thought it was going to be big, but i figured the peak would be the avengers movie in 2012. shyt kept going and going and eventually became the biggest franchise of all time. 31 billion sold bigger than Harry Potter, Starwars. etc. Nobody predicted that .

Sure Luda is a fixture in the series but he’s not exactly an in demand actor. Allegedly he makes 1-2 million per movie which is definitely more than a little bit

VIN diesel is an idiot then
Seeing as how he ended up going back to the series after his career stalled and he needed to do favors to get some motion - yes I think he would agree.

Vin Diesel was feeling himself too much after his come up from Saving Private Ryan, Boiler Room, and then starring in two original IP hits back to back in XXX and F&F. He walked away from the negotiating table on both series - and ended up crawling back to both.

In regards to Ja - he made the right decision. Nothing about his career says he would have been able to carry a lead role in a successful movie.

2F2F dropped after the 50/Ja beef really took hold. The first movie is basically the end of Ja's run as rap superstar. If he takes the movie, there is a huge chance it flops and there is no more series. And he misses out on the very last opportunity he has for maximum earning as a rapper.

He crawled back to them or was it the other way around?
