G Unit stans will never admit it but the sales they bragged about were heavily due to Eminem's cac fanbase gobbling that shyt up. Type of white kids that if they had 100 CDs in their case the only rap was Eminem, 50 and Nelly :umad:

Same here on The Booth.

A ton of :old: brehs and CACs defending G Unit like they better than Wu Tang.

Let’s continue to ignore the fact 50 was popping before pretty much being blackballed but I’ll let y’all cook

If 50 couldnt blow up like Fab or even Joe Budden in the early 00s, then he was destined for meritocracy.

Everyone piled on Ja Rule because of Eminem, that's a fact, I never liked any of ja rule shyt, but it's true, 50 Cent inherited Eminem's fanbase, 50 Cent had the interscope machine behind him, other artist dikk rode the wave of shytting on ja because they wanted to smooze with Eminem

They called Ja the wanksta and muder inc the fake thugs

but the reality is, in all the real life street altercations

RIP Proof, but Murder caught that nikka lacking and beat his ass this is not an opinion this is a fact they jumped proof, there was no retaliation

Fiffy Cent got punched by ja Rule, this is not an opinion this is a fact

Fiffty cent got stabbed by Black Child or whatever his name is in the studio, this is a fact there was no retaliation

all fifty has an order of protection from the police, whether he requested not it's not the point, the police obviously felt murder inc was a threat to nikka because they kept whooping his ass when they came across them, so they put out the order of protection, that's what the police do when someone is being victimized

people forget how strong that Emimen, Dre, Interscope was back then, and they ignore the facts because they don't wanna admit they hopped the bandwagon and fell into hype the machine created

Cant argue with facts. Eminem's stanbase are much like Donald Trump's base-NOTHING can change their minds.

Ja needs to separate himself from that situation and focus on capitalizing on
some of that momentum from last night...
He will fall into the trap again. He just can't beat Fifty and they need to let it go. Focus on other endeavors you just now bouncing back after being associated with that Fyre fest fiasco and taking so many L's. It's like he took so many L's he forgot how to take a W and wants to lose again lol.

It's fukking Irv Gotti lol, not another diamond selling white boy

Without Irv Gotti, there would be no DMX either :sas2:

These white dudes on The Booth ain't slick. They cannot fathom 50 being a label creation with a super-short shelf life. Peoole Still anticipating LOX songs in 2021, nobody but foreign white dudes listen to G Unit in 2021.

Dont listen to him breh.

I neva even came directly at Busta; he inserted himself in some shyt unnecessarily . A Violator van got shot up and Chris Lighty immediately accused me and Irv of shooting up his van and had us in all types of unnecessary bullshyt. So I came for Chris Lighty for making bullshyt accusations.

“They shootin
Aw Chris you shook, and got Bus rhyming the same ole hook like,
They shootin
I ain’t shoot up ya land”

busta shoulda mind his own business but he saw this as an opportunity to hop on the bandwagon

None of them ever had the full machine behind them. But Obie Trice zero charisma ass sold 226,000 first week and went platinum off the Eminem stimulus.

50 would've sold on another label. Even though I think most his shyt was trash, he had charisma and his music was catchy. And getting shot gave him notoriety. But difference between him doing 2-3 million and selling what he did was the Eminem and Dre stimulus and having the entire Interscope machine behind him. If you were selling more than 2-3 million a big percentage of those sales were to people who barely fukked with rap. Most his sales above that came from the Em and Nelly demographic
Obie's album featured a contest to fly to Detroit to an Eminem studio session. Great album, but that's why it sold.

For the most part, yeah. Post-Eminem era 50 has done dirt musically in most eyes. I didn't like anything much after GRODT, personally.

He's buried musically. I'm sure Ja and Irv could work out some hits nowadays, as they were genuinely good at it. 50 can't.
