Just a heads up, I used to work for a rent to own out there and we serviced Middleburg. My bosses always told me, don’t be out there too far after dark. These were white folks.You know... when I first moved to Jax in the 90’s when I was in the Navy I always heard that Middleburgh was on some crackers in the hills type shyt.
Over the last 5 years or so I know of some brehs who moved out there and bought houses. So I am not exactly sure. I plan on doing my own recon of Middleburgh and the surrounding areas.

The "bay" is by far the best area in Florida to live in. Its on the coast, hasnt been takin over my puerto ricans/cuban (yet) and cost of living is relatively low.
