Don’t this dude got a whole album of his own songs that he just released that he needs to worry about promoting?

I get it, it’s his first legit taste of being noticed big time for being talented. He did a good job on the lil l remix now it’s time to move on to his own shyts. Go on a interview and say that he meant no harm and tell people if they liked that song go listen to the album.

Yeah he does..the entire shyt go hard including this song

Now to the next shyt you said, it's clear you dont listen to dude saying this dumb shyt lol.

wonder why...

Established rappers with credibility :hula: unestablished RnB singers with no buzz

shyt like this actually BRINGS attention to the original song... not making a carbon copy and pretending it's theres to ride a wave..

Wayne remixed hella shyt, you know why no one cared... because Wayne is a rapper with original content and Waynes remixing of certain songs brought with it tens of millions of views to the originals.

How many millions of fans is Jacqueese bringing to Ella Mai? Or is that the other way around?

Again.. It is at the labels discretion. None of these videos are of up-and-coming artists.. None of these people are in the same lane as Ella Mai. None of them are performing the song as theirs and TPain made it clear he wasn't getting paid. They did it for fun. Jacquees did his for something else. Promote your own shyt, stop stealing others tracks and having people think it's yours.

Notice how everyone of those vids gave her her credit too. Letting EVERYONE know thats her shyt.. nikkas even saying he's done "snatched up songs" before, one from PnD...

If you nikkas don't get ALL the way tf out of here caping for this dude:camby:

Edit; and also, none of them shot a music video

Didn't he put out a video:hhh:

and if he's BEEN putting out full covers to songs that are not his but let everyone think it's his then he should've been got hit with some papers.

Difference is, those songs probably weren't hits by an another up-and-coming RnB singer. These are... How do you nikkas not understand the differences and ethics?

The song is not his, label doesn't like him pretending or letting people think that it's his, label told him to GTFOH... Simple

I'm not moving shyt...

was there or was there not a video on his official youtube channel filmed?

It's not even just about monetization, how in the fukk are you filming a video of a song thats not yours when the video for the song hadn't came out yet?

I made a few other points in that post too btw

Taking legal action to protect your property is a sign of weakness now? :gucci:

No matter how "hot" it got the original still vastly outperformed it so no.. it was not a "threat" in the sense that it could put a dent in Ella's roll out. It was still blatant theft tho. :comeon:

The company that owns the song has every right to threaten legal action :manny:

Only a fool would try to spin this in favor of that Jacquees breh.

Somebody on her team or at the label thought it was a threat. She's more popular so of course hers performed better, but these artist and labels can tell when the energy is not behind your shyt. A view is nothing more than a listen or view out of curiosity, doesn't mean theres any momentum behind it. Labels/teams can look at social media or comments on the video and see that. They can see when you go to talk about the song on social media in a hashtag, alot of people are saying "Did you hear Jacques version" or "Jaqcues version is better". They can read comments in the video and see these same type of comments. It is hilarious for yall to act like labels dont overreact outchea all of a sudden. The same labels who pay nikkas like Trinidad James and other one hit wonders 2 million dollars after one hit don't overreact:mjlol:?

Its not to say its not a overreaction on the label or her teams behalf, but they could see alot of energy was going in Jacques direction for her followup single, and they don't know how many she has left.Labels do alot and pay alot to get artist talked about on social media positively, now yall are acting like whats said on social media doesn't matter at all to them, and is not "real life":comeon:

Its fair game though, she is not established. BUT it still makes her look tight and threatened, which is how the average fan will see it.

bruh.....

you know what, I'm done. You nikkas ran shyt in the ground with lack of comprehension skills. I'm literally repeating the same shyt every page

Bottom line, Label told him to knock his fukk shyt off... They can do that because it's their song/music/project/etc., not his.

If he doesn't use this new found buzz from stealing another persons hot song (because apparently, he's done it before, and nikkas on here are cool with that) and making it "his" to finally make his own hits and create his own credibility then he never will.
