All that (natural) sugar is being absorbed without the fiber. And that can lead to a blood sugar spike that could potentially lead to diabetes.
You're better off eating fruit whole because the fiber slows down the absorption of sugar into your bloodstream

Yep I was surprised to find out as well, but it has the same effects, no matter if it's natural or industrial. Of course fructose comes from fruits which means vitamins, fibres etc. But sugar is poison stillHow is fructose just as bad as sucrose?
