"She should try Hollywood if possible" is completely different than someone saying she can actually make it a career and thrive. You're taking umbridge with one statement (that no one in here said) and then presenting an entirely different statement for the sake of creating an argument against imaginary "dudes." Why?

How about seeing if she can act before thinking she has what it takes to be in Hollywood. She has the look, but acting is what will get her roles.

She could succeed at being a celebrity fitness instructor though. Would likely get endorsements like other big names in that field.
