He didnt even have a good game. Lewan owned him.
you dont own someone when you give up a tackle for loss and a holding penalty and need double team help on every passing play.

clowney has had a big impact this year as far as effecting offenses, but the one thing he hasnt done as well this year is finish off some of the plays that he's in position to make for sacks or tackles for loss. its not because of lack of effort he's just missed some tackles. thats the one valid critique of his game.

everybody is at fault in this situation, but obviously spurrier and the defensive coordinator are at fault for some of the outrageous shyt weve heard the past few days. i think its a combination of being pissed off expecting clowney to play, and being pissed off nearly blowing a huge lead to kentucky. he's done what he can to backtrack since then and end a lot of this vitriol leveled at clowney whether from fans or media. spurrier has never been one to hold his tongue, but he should have known anything he says in regards to clowney is going to get blown up.

I doubt be gets picked over khalil mack

Nah, quality of competition might come into play, and then it's no argument.

Khalil Mack IS a legit NFL star, though.....

most drafts have Teddy Bridgewater #1 now

Yeah, but that's more likely because it's a foregone conclusion at this point that Jacksonville is going to get the 1st pick....and they damn sure need a QB.

Funny thing about it is.................................he can have it both ways. He already said "I'm sitting down laughing about it"

He'll do what he wants, make millions and go on with a great life in the NFL. He can have it both ways is the funny thing about the situation.
With that attitude, he will have a less than expected nfl career. If you play the game worried about injuries, you will get taught a lesson.

A fat white offensive lineman is gonna crush his shyt

i mean what can South Carolina do?

if dude is legit injured, then he shouldnt play
if dude is not and he's looking out for his future, can you really blame him?
That's why Spurrier was backpedaling like hell yesterday.

Dude basically said he and all SC fans should be grateful he played for them and made the school so much money.

I hate Black athletes in college football sometimes.

If you went to college and actually tried to pursue a degree instead of just sports, you wouldn't have to worry about what you would do if u blew your knee out.

His best and most likely bet at a lucrative career is football. If you had that option you'd pursue it too. Just because he gets some bachelor's degree from some no name school doesn't mean a successful career is signed, sealed and delivered either. These days a bachelor's doesn't mean shyt by itself, especially from a school like that. So don't hate these athletes for pursuing their trade, especially those of this kid's caliber. He's pretty much a guaranteed first round pick...wtf is a sociology degree or some bs going to do for him?

You never know. He could go to a black frat party and get shot in his arm, causing permanent nerve damage and would be forced to be a stand up defensive end, which aint gon work in the nfl. With a degree, he can make a nice living if he cant play

I'm getting real tired of your black athlete criticisms. Most of these guys are athletes, not academicians. They shouldn't even be in college in the first place because that's not where their talents lie. They should be in academies pursuing their dream, like soccer players do in Europe.

:dead: at that scenario, so becoming an outside linebacker would kill his career xD
