I paid $15 in the early 2000s upstate NY..so it has gone up as expected over a 20 year period.

Also hair grows quick, some brehs need to trim again a week later and that's $120 per month at your barber. That's a lot of money just for grooming.
Unless you're pulling some elaborate teen type haircut buy clippers and cut your own hair at home..
