Breh, read up on the genetic research into athletes, it's a taboo subject, but I don't think it should be. Different cultures have certain genetic traits, nothing wrong with it, I just think it's interesting. I'm actually mixed, but I'm half white and mostly Hispanic/native Caribbean with some African heritage.

try reading Freakonomics. They devote an entire chapter things that are correlated to future success of children.

its an interesting, if depressing, read.

the tl;dr version is that most of the things that parents do don't have any significant outcome on the success of a child's success so long as the parents aren't outright neglectful or abusive. The strongest correlations tended to be with what the parents were, rather than what they did. (i.e. being born to an educated mother who didn't stay at home was more strongly correlated with success than being born to an uneducated mother who did stay at home)
