I'm only saying that he doesn't automatically assume liability because it happened on his property. Even what you say here sounds shaky, like you're not obligated to provide security to begin with and he isn't automatically responsible for their behavior.
But yes, it is entirely possible someone awards this lady a bag for this, but seems like a reach to me.
