It's definitely possible Harden could be held liable but not automatic because it happened on his property.
Not really depending on the situation. In most situations, you have a responsibility to protect the people on your property.
That’s why you watch who you invite over and make sure shyt doesn’t go down that could get you involved.

I'm not making a judgement on the case's outcome like I said Harden may be found liable.
I'm only saying that he doesn't automatically assume liability because it happened on his property. Even what you say here sounds shaky, like you're not obligated to provide security to begin with and he isn't automatically responsible for their behavior.
But yes, it is entirely possible someone awards this lady a bag for this, but seems like a reach to me.
And it's also likely the security are employed to protect only him. I seriously doubt they're obligated to chaperone every guest at any gathering Harden attends.
