You act like you see him off the court. What soft bytch ass things has he done that makes him all of that? Bc he didn't play a GAME? Y'all act like these nikkas are 100% basketball. It's a job for them just like your job is for you. They don't protect this GAME with their lives.
A mental illness can prevent someone from improving their narrative or to change. So if he's not doing what you made seem so easy, wouldn't that suggest there is in fact a mental disability there?

Mental illness affects you regardless of if you’re playing well or not. He didn’t claim “mental illness” until the fans stopped kissing his ass. He didn’t claim mental illness when he was campaigning for rookie of the year. Now people rightfully criticize his game and work ethic and now he wants to throw a temper tantrum.
If it’s mental illness then void your contact and go take a sabbatical. But no, he wants the glamour that comes with being a celebrity and a socialite. He just doesn’t want the other side.

You must see him out in the clubs or in public all the time then for you to assume he wants that type of status.
If you start feeling bad at work do you tell them "nah y'all don't have to pay me today. I didn't do anything"? No you don't so why expect someone else to do that.

I just told you how mental illnesses work. If he had a mental illness that prevented him from doing his job, it wouldn’t only affect him when his job performance is piss poor. He only claimed mental illness when the world stopped kissing his ass.
I don’t have to assume anything, he claims a mental illness prevents him from playing basketball but he shows up to the game looking like mansa musa. Not only that but his former teammates have commented about his lack of basketball focus compared to his social media presence.
You’re analogy doesn’t make sense because if I show up to work I get paid. The whole point is he’s wants to get paid to NOT goto work. He wouldn’t even practice with the team at one point but still wants his full $20 million salary. If I am feeling sick and call out of work I’m not going to take my employer to court to get paid for the day I didn’t work. That’s what he’s doing.
