I've always disagreed with ankle bracelets and constant monitoring of pedos and sex offenders. I believe if someone like that requires 24 hr surveillance then they need to be or stay in jail.

I have no problem with this jared sentence, but why did it take so long for the boston bomber and the colorado batman shooter to go to trial and jail????? it took literally YEARS before they got in court.
