Nah he thought he was getting a sweet 5-12 years but the judge didn't abide by the plea deal.

From working at a courthouse for years majority of cases people plead.

Whether it's probation instead of risking jail time or pleasing down to manslaughter instead of risking second degree murder etc.

Fogle plead guilty snitched on folks and thought he'd get like 5 years and prob be out in 2-3 instead the judge said :kony:
