Above the fray.
Sometimes people are having a bad day.. don't be that idiot to make the person lose it.

Basically, that. Leave people alone because you never know what they are going through at the time.
Cowards thought they were safe and free to call him out of his name.

They wanted it to be one way,

but it's the OTHER way.
Clowns probably pissed on themselves when he rushed them, like the bytches that they are.

You say it's easy, I say it costs money.

It's going to cost them money to get a doctor to corroborate anything, then they'll have to have bills for tests, injuries, recovery, pain meds. They'll have to have receipts showing services rendered for psychological damages, counseling sessions, days missed of work. Then they'll have to hire a lawyer, subpoena the client, have a hearing, and schedule a court date....they'll have to do alllllllllll of that hoping that he will settle, just settle.

I never said he was unsuccessful or broke. As it stands now, he's not going to lose any gigs. What shows is he gonna get kicked off of? Which platforms are going to cease playing his hits due to pending legal charges? What sponsors or endorsements has he lost or will he lose?

None.

They hope he settles. Derulo can push the case, multiple times and they'll still have to keep paying the lawyers.

Then by the time that's done, they'll have paid more in lawyer fees than medical expenses and other bullshyt, and there's still no financial pushback for Derulo. So a win might net them 25k if that, and they'll still be in the red.

Meanwhile Derulo releases a song or a dance, does a cameo and makes that back and everything is good again.

Misdemeanor assault on his record can be expunged, if he pleads guilty, he'd likely go no contest or just not guilty. Anyway you slice it it's an L for the crackers and a :manny: for him.

Vlad sued for 4mill and only got 300k and he got jumped, iono if Ross even touched him.
They'll Sue to cover the bills and for damages. Derulo is the one that should hope they settle. Not the other way around especially with the US legal system. Lawyers see $ off that clip.

This is a lot of conjecture. Also, I did say "financial incentives". Facts of the matter is they were assaulted and can sue for damages. There is precedent, as I've already pointed out.

I don't see the purpose of saying he won't lose any gigs/shows etc. I never alluded to such. I just said the cacs are seeing the dollar signs. Derulo not having his money slow down, in fact, goes in favor of whoever tries to sue him.

Civil suits usually receive arbitration much faster than criminal suits and largely result in settlements. On this point, said settlement is seldom the amount one's being sued for so that's par the course. This back and forth has no purpose. They have a legitimate claim, thus me saying they are seeing dollar signs from their hospital beds. You seem to just be responding because you want to socialize :guilty: as all the conjecture you're posting has nothing to do with my initial post. :yeshrug:
