except that mark jackson wasnt playing the season beforethey probably thought kidd would have a seemless transition like mark jackson did in GSW. I thought that hiring was stupid at the time as well before the warriors did it cuz jackson had no experience either

Major difference is Mark Jackson was years removed from the game and was an analyst which helped on his x's and o's.
