So the temperature in this thread reads "Well.....maybe he didn't shoot Meg but leave him in prison for being stupid"?
If the bodyguard was there, his statement isn't hearsay. No more than the other witness who said he saw Tory shoot.
But what's really important is, was his dna indeed not on the gun!
We have a problem of people hating to be wrong and would rather have a innocent man in prison than correct the wrong. I'm glad I go into discussions unbiased...so I can admit when I was wrong.
Not until that hard evidence dropsWhen will the conversation go away from Tory being dumb to why did Meg make up a story on a black man?

Tory sparked it on some “you don’t even know I’m fukkin Meg now”Why did it even get to the point of a gun getting out they were all rich and living it up in LA people fukking other people isn’t nothing plus Megan wasn’t even claiming that nikka publicly
Bodyguard wasn't there. he said he overheard Kelsey say she shot Meg when Kelsey was talking to her husband, which can be considered hearsey
His DNA was inconclusive on the gun, means it didn't rule him out or exclude him, that's important but you are gonna ignore that the victim said he did it, Kelsey in her original statement to the police said he did it, Kelsey text message to Meg's security that Tory shot her after it happened, Tory want to play quiet on his side of the events for whatever reason
Then you want to go into a spiel about an innocent man being in prison then talk about how you are unbiased
Then yall shocked and surprised he was found guilty
