You're a weird dude, and you seem to have a problem that an outspoken guy like Howard doesn't seem to have with his coworkers.

But keep blaming him for other people's writing and ride with Uncle Whitlock. It's the internet way!
Be honest, you know Greg huh? I ain't never seen someone ride for a blogger so hard in all my life lol.

Never met him in my life, just think this particular critique is bizarre, and was wondering if there was evidence to back it up that maybe I'd missed.

:manny: Just a floyd fanboy ranting about feminist fascism conspiracies, and calling the man a house negro for no good reason.

The coli is back :blessed:

In all seriousness, I just love working idiots on this board up into a tizzy. :russ:

I agree with your post except there's no such thing as a race card. It's a term white people came up with to marginalize legitimate claims by black people. Shouldn't use that term.
Nah, there is a race card. Everyone uses it. The problem is that every simpleton uses it so much that no one gets past its use and see what the complaint may be about. Some are legit and some aren't. Some times it's used by Blacks as legit, sometime it's to cover some inadequacy. The problem is also too many of us use it as an excuse, instead of a reason.

If you have a whole group of Black firemen taking the same test as Whites, and some pass and many don't, you can't turn around and sue the place because you didn't get your desired result. That kind of thing. Racism can't only be a replacement for hard work, and I've seen it used many times where it shouldn't have been (:sas2: , yeah you Stephen ).

We just need to have a dialogue with all groups about it and tell them that we are offended that they don't take the claims seriously enough to check, just because it's a race card.

Nah, there is a race card. .
:francis:
There is no race card and the term is racist in itself. Anything you say to justify it is silly. The term was made only to marginalize legitimate claims of racism and discrimination. Giving credence to the term is disgusting. Stop using the term my dude, it's terrible. No black person should ever use it.

That's your opinion man. Next you'd say that there are none of us that are lazy and codependent. It's not silly, we just have two different perspectives on it. It's use was brought to us by Robert Shapiro, but it doesn't make it an invalid structure.

I don't get this thing that we are people beyond rebuke. There are some of us slipping, and I've seen people use the card to justify it and get easy allies, instead of working on the character flaws within themselves and stepping up in the game we're forced to play. When claims are then proven not to be legit, and you pulled that card, it hurts all of us.

You want the word banned, instead of misuse of the tactic lmao.

Didn't say that at all lmao. Don't put words in my mouth. I actually think Whites are far lazier people, it's just shyt like I see here. People use that race card to cover inadequacy too. So when you throw a charge like this last quote on someone, then get shown lazy Blacks, you look like a fool and people ignore actual racial problems.

But I thought it over a bit...I'll use "cited a racial component with his treatment" instead of race card, because I realize that if you use just straight common sense, someone is still going to get salty and cause other brothers to accuse you of c00ning anyway because all you're asking is for all of us to step up our game, and there's brothers incapable of doing that so they shoot the messenger.

I've worked with a lot of useless White people. Racism exists because they're so useless and "cites a racial component to their perception" constantly, because they're always trying to deflect their inadequacy onto Blacks having them too or worse.

Racism also exists because Whites protect their own in bunker mentality and perception, especially against Black grievances. When Blacks do the same thing, instead of helping each other to step up the game, they fail to realize that the media has a spotlight on us, and can't wait until we are caught slipping to negate the weaker Black and strong one trying to help. We could ignore it, but do we have any resources to stop a full fledged assault? Nah, but it's just easier to attack any brother who wants our reliance to be on our natural gifts so anytime "citing a racial component to treatment" is brought up, it is a lot more valid and we're building a lot more cache to tackle the real systemic racism problems this country and world has.

I think it can be done. Brothers just need to quit trying to self check each other just because of our proximity to one another in distance and how we're viewed.

fukk Howard and Deadspin. Them nikkas only out for themselves, could give a fukk about black people. They're the most transparent pro-black rights website I've seen. In fact, Deadspin tries to be pro everything now. They're a big reason why this country is so fukking sensitive now.

Deadspin puts out a lot of good stuff but they put out just as equally bad bullshyt. And they have agendas on certain people just like the media they call out (ie. Winston, Mayweather, etc.)
Greg Howard probably agrees with you on most black issues breh. His articles always make a stark contrast between the views of those who believe in institutional racism and those who believe the black community's problems are self made.

It's not in dispute and it's literally been written about on deadspin dozens of times. Greg Howard brought nothing new to the table. I don't worship anybody, but I know when I see an attack dog and an agenda. How many Jameis Winston is a rapist pieces did I have read from them with all the evidence pointing to the contrary?

There's a million other athletes who have abused women and somehow Floyd is the only one who gets attacked. Josh Hamilton is an idiot who cheats on his wife but they portray him as a guy who needs help. When Peyton Manning is in the AFC Championship game, how many hit pieces do you read about his college case? None, right?

He's not speaking against domestic violence, he's attacking Floyd Mayweather. Don't get the two mixed up.
Has Greg Howard done this?

Also, has Greg Howard gone at any other black athlete on a personal level? Are you just not gonna answer that question? I want you to answer this along with @NOSaintsFan02.

All quiet on the western front. :skip:

Greg, go let your coworkers rub your head on their way into the office. Nothing left to see here.
