It did struggle in several cities. There were multiple concerts that got cancelled due to low ticket sales. Not to say it flopped, but if you can’t even maintain dates in an arena tour, in what world can you go on a stadium tour?

Could jay do a couple stadiums in choice cities (NY, LA, and maybe Miami) but a full blown arena tour. No way that would work with just Jay.

I saw Jayz and Beyoncé OTR 2 a few years ago. We sat front row the stadium was sold out cuz of them together. Could Jay have sold out alone? I don’t think so. People were more hyped when she came out and did her thing. Jay has gotten better over the years but as a solo performer selling out a stadium? NO. A stadium is huge.
