Pac and snoop are COMPLETELY different they were good friends and their issues were rather not that big for Snoop to need to hold resentment.
A artist like pac who had a impact on Snoops life(and same vice versa)wouldn't dismiss his deceased friend over issues like that.
Snoop does sus stuff in regards to his relations with pac/big.
