I'm saying they couldn't compete with the Knicks for fans/revenue in NYC even if the Knicks were bad but they're good now which makes the Nets even more of a Clippers-esque team

I just pointed out, not only does he have that small percentile of ownership w/ the team but he has his 40/40 restaurant inside the arena & nobody talks about how much he put in for the partnership w/ the arena. (It was on Charlie Rose about a year ago but I can't remember yesterday; not exact numbers though) & he's on the board of directors. Not to mention the concerts he puts on. I just counted like four checks & when has "just making a couple of million dollars" been a bad thing? Let that nikka breathe
Edit: I think I get where you're coming from though & i'm not coming at you but i'm just stating the big picture. (idk what you do or how you live) but when people see, "oh he only owns this much..., etc." They don't understand the big picture which is what makes people believe it or not. Can't stay in this one cycle if that makes sense

From what I remember it in the book there actually was a little start up company that had a similar gold bottle that "discontinued production"...they ended up following the paper trail that went back to the company that started ace of spades. It was around a little bit before Jay made their under the table deal...but the werent successful or anything.This is a random champagne that wasn't even made until Jay made a deal with them

You might want to read about it, the wine yard and family has been making champagne for over a century. With champagne different years will yield different qualities. In the mid 2000s they actually started spending money on marketing.

shyt even won the highest price any champagne can be honored with, in a blind test (since then its not been #1 but still top 20, top 10). I still think Dom p or veuve are #1 but ace is nice. It costs too much though and I can't really tell the difference since the only time I cop champagne is when I'm fukked up during vacations and shyt. But ballers like the fact that its got the highest honors, the grapes are hand picked and bottle is handmade. Personally I don't give a fukk about that, but I'll give th that they've easily got the illest bottle out.
