And you know, shooting a video in Marcy wouldn’t actually be a bad idea. Idk I just want to see Hov in his element especially with this song; I mean the video don’t even got no playback value to it.

When this album came out and Jay was making videos for each song I was just hoping that this was the one where he appeared and just did a basic video in Marcy, this was the song to do it

Being that he’s talking about “old Brooklyn”, I think it would be pretty hard to capture the song in the current Brooklyn.

Idk about you, but I’ve seen him in all types of videos a million times. Giving us something different like this, the moonlight, the one with Kanye No church in the wild and The story of OJ is really dope. But so was Otis. Non-traditional is always better when it comes to arts imo.

I've been loving these vids, but I do agree with breh, Marcy Me woulda be better as more of a traditional/"Where I'm From" type vid. Woulda been dope showing transition from old to new Brooklyn too

actually I thought this video was bout as perfect as it could get.....nice to get this humble conscious side of J....so humble that the video doesn’t even need his persona....and the message was great......a people constantly misunderstood and watched by those who misunderstand them......way better than j in black n white walk-in down BK blocks
