Jay-Z said no rapper can do a Verzuz with him because no one is on his level: “There’s not a chance anyone can stand on that stage with me”

Future got more hits that would resonate in 2025. You're ignorant to think it wouldn't go the way you project

Ive seen both in concert, and I’m here to tell you that Future has no chance in hell winning against him. You are negating the live performance element, which is just as important as the song selection in this setting.

You have a valid point breh but Jay aint a phenomenal performer either. It is irrelevant because Jay feels too big for Future but I feel he wouldn't sleep walk thru his performance against Jay if that was to happen

I'mma say it again busta rhymes gonna destroy most if not all based on performance. He has a lot of hits too I don't see how Jay can win
He doesn't have a lot of hits though.
Post them and I mean legit hits too don't give me that bs fans would go wild for this random track.

If he isn't going against Nas, Scarface, Busta, or LL, it wouldn't be worth watching. Jay against Kanye would cancel each other out as some of their big records overlap. Who really would show up for Jay vs Drake or Kendrick? Lil' Wayne is a maybe. Eminem would get washed as he doesn't have enough songs that would resonate in a Verzuz.

Dr. Dre or Snoop would would be the only other choice. DMX would've been a good one.

The goal of the versuz is to confront an artist from the same generation the same vibe and pretty much the same public as you. So the Kanye drake future ect don't make sense. Only Nas really make sense because of the rivalry. Or Eminem or Snoop. Dmx too. And they all can beat Jay

Define legit hit? Is victory a hit? Flava in ya ear remix a hit? Put your hands where my eyes can see? Look at me now? The Mariah song, ante up remix

Jay beats Eminem if its 20 songs a piece 14-6. I can see "Til I Collapse", "Lose Yourself", "Forgot About Dre", "What's The Difference", maybe winning rounds, but "Forgot About Dre" might lose if it is put up against "Jigga What, Jigga Who". "Superman" may lose to "Big Pimpin". "What's My Name" loses to "Jigga My nikka".

Snoop Dogg is shakey after Doggystyle.

Would've love to have seen Jay vs X, but X has too many anthems. Same with Busta.

Nas vs Jay would be epic for obvious reasons.
