Jay-Z said no rapper can do a Verzuz with him because no one is on his level: “There’s not a chance anyone can stand on that stage with me”

Is Versuz still around in 2025? There's no way Jay said this recently is there?

He's probably right though. Kanye's the only one that could maybe beat him in one of these things.

All classics? Yeah dude we just gonna have to agree to disagree. Cube is a legend but he ain’t on Jays level. He ain’t as nice on the mic and he don’t have as extensive a discography. Jay ran sh!t for like 8 straight summers. Nobody has ever said anything like that about Cube. His name RARELY comes up in the GOAT conversation while Jays is cemented in it. But that’s your guy, I understand.

Also, Killer Mike would mop the floor with Jay

I can't neither one of them nikkas but Mike make music that's actually listenable instead of sleep inducing :yeshrug:

And he ain't got near the commercial success. But on pure rap shyt, it's a wash

Which Jay loves cause it artificially makes him look better to his stans. When everyone better than him lyrically outside of kendrick doesn't have the mainstream appeal, and everyone more successful is weaker lyrically

Nas is the obvious answer but nikkas like to put their heads in the sand and pretend Jay z isn't levels below him lyrically
