When new owner of the Carolina Panthers, David Tepper had to sell his 5% ownership of the Pittsburgh Steelers, he liquidated it for $122 million. If Jay is a billion like Forbes says he is, he should be able to shell out at $100 to $350 million to buy a stake in a team with no issues at all.
