He is the real estate tyc00n who only purchased the Nets in order to move them to BK to get his real estate out there up. He orchestrated the deal to move to BK, asked Jay-Z to invest that $1MM & be the face of the organization for the BK move, and then quickly sold most of his portion of the Nets after the construction part was set.

Letting CAA handle the contracts between the players and the teams. While the bulk of the off the field deals are handled by this Roc Agency. I think would be the way to go.
