i was just watching bits of it on youtube after trying to find Jay's acting in State Property to see if he wasn't as bad as that in SIW.
first time i've watched it in years..don't even know where my dvd of it is.

when the guy is with the stripper and Jay and Dame come in and kill him just before that when Jay grabs his face then crotch and goes "had a good time baybeeeee!" in this high pitch voice has me then Jay speaks about Dame showing his jewels and tats while doing the hit then turns around and shoots dude again.

I'm must have been the only person who loved Jay-Z in State Property.......It was like he was above it all. It was almost as if he was trolling the movie, like yeah I don't want to be in this low budget shyt so I'm literally going to put no effort into this and I'm gonna act like I'm above everyone, even in my lines.

He literally spent his entire time in State Property 1 staring at the bezel of his watch in his car and or staring at the mirror in his car asking Dame shyt like "You think I need a haircut" and telling Dame the line that I tell my bytches to this day (when they complain) "You should probably handle that ". The one time he wasn't in a car, he straight up ordered a hit in Pig latin to Amil.

Trailer looked great, I'd actually would want to see that movie if it came out. Looked a whole lot better than other hood movies that came from record labels over the years.
