Interview was kind of boring. Maybe Jaz needed to go on Drink Champs because at least he'd have to meet NORE's energy halfway. This pod looks like they shot it in a therapists waiting room.
As far as Jaz and Jay I think its obvious there was some jealousy there. Jaz was unlucky in his career frankly. Great songwriter, rapper, producer. All his music holds up, he just never had anything that crossed over or a universally acclaimed classic. When Roc-A-Fella emerged he should have taken his last shot to blow up as a rapper, or as a producer for Jay, Beans, Bleek etc. He had a legit shot back then. Imagine if he had signed, dropped a few albums for Roc during the early 00s. He would have solidified his legacy rather than being underrated and overlooked.
