Even you can admit he’s not a superstar even at his oncoming peak. OKC should be able to get some good pieces for him when that sign & trade come around
This, I don't agree with. You don't trade a player like Jaylin Williams. He can score and is all defense. Players better than that aren't readily available and can also play with SGA.

Even though that's a realistic possibility, I just think it would be a shame because this group has really built something special and he's one of the main reasons for that.

One of the smartest dudes in the league that every franchise should build with/around.
My post was about round two. Finishing at the rim is easier in transition than through bodies in half court. Denver gave more defensive resistance than the Grizzlies.

That’s not saying he is capped off, but that aspect of criticism was legit.
And that's cool if you believe that, but I bumped this thread as my contention was with all the posts that were shytting on him because he didn't score x-amount of points when OKC was losing (in the game thread), and then resorting to saying he should be traded off the stength of them. They were treating him as if he was some bum.

I get that those overreactions are going to happen when a team loses, but those same posters didn't give him any credit when he rose to the occassion in Game 7.

You can be critical of his play (like finishing at the rim) without going overboard with it.

They really won’t have a choice. I said earlier in the season they really are win now with this core as you’ll need to pay people.

You’d trade Chet instead? One will not be kept

But again saying he will be traded has nothing to do with his play :whoa:

Someone is getting moved and it isn’t Jaylin Williams. Players like him are unique and he has a higher ceiling. His shooting actually rehearsed this year for instance.

Why we got to wonder what the ceiling is on every player?

:mjlol:

He's a good player on a great team. He will make some All Star teams, make alot a money and maybe win a couple a titles.

Thats it thats his ceiling
