What matters is:

Durability (best ability is availability)

Ball security - if you're unreliable here, you will not stay on the field

Pass protection - if you're unreliable here, you will not stay on the field

Vision/Setting up blocks

Avoiding the 1st man

Effectiveness in the RZ

Reliable hands out of the backfield

As long as you're a mid 4.5-guy.....that's sufficient if everything else is good
